My unit was quite unique and although very appealing the excessively high strata fees were always going to present challenges for the sale and limited the potential numbers of buyers. Given the interest in the property Neil had his work cut out for him convincing all that inspected the unit that the extremely high fees not a problem and were short term due to the recent capital works. I am grateful that he remained committed to achieving the best possible price under the circumstances rather than settling with what would have been an easy (but disappointing) sale. Neil's communication and transparency throughout the entire process could not be faulted, he offered good advice at key points in the process and never made me feel pressured or not listened to.
