It is a pleasant experience interacting with Neil. He is knowledgeable about the unit, is pleasant, not aloof, not haughty, never too busy to help you. On my first viewing of the property, I asked about rattling windows and Neil took down a window pane and showed me how such a problem can be fixed. I asked about the sun's movement in regards to the unit and Neil was able to answer without hesitation. Neil even kept me informed about another unit that was newly listed.
