It is a pleasant experience interacting with Neil. He is knowledgeable about the unit, is pleasant, not aloof, not haughty, never too busy to help you. On my first viewing of the property, I asked about rattling windows and Neil took down a window pane and showed me how such a problem can be fixed. I asked about the sun's movement in regards to the unit and Neil was able to answer without hesitation. Neil even kept me informed about another unit that was newly listed. Throughout the process, Neil was always very approachable, always trying his best to help both the owner and the buyer to close the sale.
