I could not rate negotiation as there was no need to negotiate but this format meant I could not complete the review unless I did. His credibility was rated high as he (as we had requested) made no effort to deal with my elderly and frail mother. He was patient and understanding as he had to deal with the complexities of our particular family situation. We were all kept informed as to the process.
