Neil did a wonderful job and got the result he promised. Highly recommend.

Neil took on a slightly complex job selling a house owned by a company with six shareholders with different views and goals. Neil was careful and effective in communicating with all parties. Neil was conservative in his estimate of the value of the property and managed to modestly exceed his highest estimate (by $10,000). I attribute this to his tireless work and attention to detail. I would recommend Neil without hesitation.

Neil has been very open and communicative throughout our purchase. He negotiated with the vendor and we were very pleased to secure a property prior to auction. He has made us feel very comfortable- would definitely recommend him to others.

Neil was friendly , knowledgeable , enthusiastic and professional. He was able to achieve a reasonable result in a slow market with what must have been a difficult prospect . Everything just happened and Neil kept the information flowing . Thankyou.

i found Neil to be a very professional Agent. He is very knowledgable about all of the Ryde area. His up dates on the progress on the sale of my house were very regular and informative. As one knows selling a houser after 20 odd years is very traumatic Neil has been very supportive and empathetic. I say if you want to buy or sell a property you coudnt find a better agent/person to contact. My name is F. Owen and Neil sold my house at 193 Ryde Road Gladesville

My property was marketed in August and sold in November. With the benefit of hindsight we could have secured a better deal months earlier if Neil had correctly picked the way that the market had changed. Our original price expectations were way too optimistic and we should have listened to what the market was telling us and reset price goals way earlier. Having said this I can say that Neil kept the communication channels open but remained way too optimistic for way too long. Happy to have the property sold and settled before Xmas . Overall not 100% satisfied but have moved on.

Neil did a brilliant job in selling our old home. He managed to secure a great sale price and in a short timeframe as we needed to sell quickly. His strong market knowledge, negotiation skills and perseverance helped us achieve our goal of moving into our new home before Christmas. Thank you to Neil for all his efforts and I would definitely recommend him.

We contacted Neil after he was recommended by a friend, and he certainly did not disappoint. His knowledge of the market and strategy for selling our home were spot on, achieving a great result. Neil kept us up to date at all times of progress and the next steps, so we were never in doubt of what has going to happen next. An absolute pleasure to deal with, and we would not hesitate to recommend Neil.

Without a doubt Neil has been the best agent I ever had the pleasure to work with ( and I have brought and sold many) The market has changed rapidly since Mid 2015 , the last few months has been very quite. Neil has always tirelessly did the open home , prospecting buyers and negotiate with the buyers. I receive feedback from Neil on a regular basis and I always feel very confident and informed. I would recommend Neil to anyone and I will also be listing my other property with him.

Neil made the entire process of selling fun. He understood our values and set about finding a like minded buyer. We really appreciated this. We would highly recommend Neil as an agent.

We have worked with Neil for a number of months arranging the sale of our property to fit in with the purchase of another property. At times this was probably frustrating for Neil but he was patient and always took account of our needs. When we finally got to the sale of our property in Gladesville he was quick to respond, gave totally professional and accurate advice and was easy to work with. He delivered everything as promised and the sale of our property exceeded our expectations.

We took Neil's advice to list our property for private sale rather than auctioning it. We wanted a new carer for the unique house we had built and enjoyed for over 30 years along with its established garden of wild food plants, rainforest canopy and amazing swimming pool. We certainly feared that the large block would have attracted developers and we did not want to succumb to the lure of a higher price to the detriment of the natural environment. This part of The Strand and neighbouring streets has enough soulless, ugly McMansions and our native Australian lifestyle house had to find someone to enjoy the white-painted internal mudbrick walls, the landscaped pool and the outdoor habitats for rosellas, corellas, magpies and the occasional tawny owl. Anyway, Neil agreed with us and so began a two month adventure in cleaning for open house days. Neil and Stephanie showed up diligently and optimistically every time,, while we discovered so many couples with 14+ children who showed up and discussed the myriad of ways to fit their copious offspring into our modest 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, professional couple's home. We joked about an instruction sheet on ways parents could 'accommodate' vast numbers of children upon which I will not elaborate here. In the end, we found our ideal buyers and felt odd on the weekend following our exchange of contracts that we were not cleaning, redecorating, packing any proof of our existence and killing time with our small dogs in a nearby park. So begins our Robson-engineered change of living quarters and a new stage in our lives. It was great to share this with Neil and to see the Man in Action. I'd highly recommend him.
