I was dreading my next property purchase due to concerns about agents being pushy or playing games (which I definitely experienced through other businesses). From the moment I walked into the property Neil was selling, I felt comfortable and not rushed. He was happy to chat with me about my situation and the property, and was generous in allowing me time to leaf through the contract and building and pest report available at the time of the inspection. Neil then followed up the following week to see where I sat with interest and then guiding me through the upcoming auction. Having only met me once, when I walked into the property on auction day, Neil greeted me by name, which I was incredibly impressed with. No games, just genuine and open service, which I so appreciated through this stressful process.
