Excellent Knowledge and Friendly to Deal With

I purchased a property off Neill recently and he has been fantastic. He gave a lot of great information on the property, always reachable and very honest. He wasn't pressuring and gave me trust that I wasn't going to incur in any hidden things or unknown elements of the purchase. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to sell. He wasn't rude and spent a great deal of time in getting to know me as a potential purchaser at the time, which made me feel more inclined with pursuing with the purchase.
