It was great to have Neil advising and encouraging us during the stressful Open House period prior to our home going to auction. The advertising campaign was perfect; the large for sale sign inside our front fence even plugged into electricity so it lit up at night. I think everyone in North Ryde knew that our house was for sale. The open houses were well-attended and lots of people registered as bidders on Auction day. The price that was achieved was higher than expected, so we are thrilled.
