Neil Ross is the agent to see, if either selling or buying. He has handled a number of sales for me, and the most conspicuous aspect of each is they happened quickly. I put this down to knowing not only the market, but knowing people, and having a 'feel' for what they want. The result is any property listed with Neil will sell fast! And importantly will sell at the price that satisfies both the buyer and seller. In 2 sales of mine they were sold within a week, and a request to find a property was happened the same day! When we first contacted Neil and other agents we hadn’t made our minds up whether to sell or not.
