I was very upset with the process of buying my first home through Dowling's. The property had been tenanted though Dowling's.Throughout the open house i had pointed out the mess and grim throughout the property and was assured that the team at dowlings was very thorough and it would all be cleaned. The property was left a mess to the point that the walls needed to be scrubbed with a kitchen scourer due to the dog grim and years of dust and dirt. With one wipe with a damp cloth the walls turned to mud. The state of the aircon unit was a disgrace. When working out compensation for the mess the tenant had all the say. I was given less money than a cleaner would have been paid to clean years of someone else's dirt and grim of my house. Was not a very nice was to spend the first two weeks of owning your first home.

Neil was enthusiastic, truthful and energetic throughout and after the sale of our property. Always contactable and quick to assist in all aspects of selling a property. we will be seeking Neil's assistance again for future buying and selling.
