It was realised quite late in the afternoon that the house roof had been left open to the weather and, not knowing who to contact for assistance to close up the roof at that late time on a Friday evening, my wife Joan contacted Neil from the hospital. Within 15 minutes, he had arranged for the replacement of the missing tiles. I remain very grateful indeed for this very prompt action on Neil’s part. It was far beyond the duty one would expect of an agent for a customer, and he will be hard pressed to live it down.
