Nothing was too much for Neil - he went way beyond what would be normally expected of an agent due to Covid 19 and the fact that I live in Brisbane and unable to be onsite. Neil assisted in getting troublesome tenants out and organizing a massive clean up of rubbish ready for sale. Neil was involved in this frustrating process for about 3 months. Once on the market it sold in less than a week for $6,000 above asking price. First Class service. Thank you Neil!
Neil was fantastic to deal with . Never once did he try the typical pushy RE salesman tactics. He is a genuine human that had all parties interests at heart.
