He has honestly set the price expectations from the very beginning, provided us with the information on comparable sales in the area. During open houses, Neil was going an extra mile and stayed on property longer if this was required (luckily, he has a great backup - his boss Charlie). And finally, he was brave enough to persuade us to match the market prices on the cooling down market in order to sell close to the top prices. A property next to us did not have a brave agent and was withdrawn from the market 6 or 7 open houses later...
