Neil was fantastic to work with and went above and beyond for us when he helped to sell our 2 houses in the one year. He is extremely dedicated to his job and always made sure were fully informed throughout the sale process. Highly recommend!

Neil helped us in our tricky sale of a deceased estate. He communicated with us and the other partie involved really well. One of our major requirements of an agent was managing the improvements of the home for sale, he was fantastic dealing with tradespeople and organizing everything with me.

Neil sold us our first family place, a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment near the beach in Wollongong. That was a great, easy transaction. Then our little family started to grow and we decided we needed a family home in the suburbs rather than an inner city apartment. So we called Neil to sell our apartment! the process was amazing, Neil helped us through everything, we sold in 3 weeks, and for more than we expected. Cant recommend Neil enough!

In selling our townhouse, Neil went the extra mile to ensure our goals were achieved.

As our first home purchase in the area, Neil and Troy assisted us in so many more ways than expected. They worked with us to navigate through the sale process, provided constant communication, shared insights on the local area and truly made moving in to our new family home the exciting time it should be.

Neil has by far been the most genuine and committed real estate agent I have ever know. He goes far and beyond in his efforts to help and always had my best interest at heart And the results were fantastic! More than I could have ever hoped Thank you so much Neil!!!!

Neil worked quickly and efficiently to secure my house for me in the timeframe i requested. Neil communicates very well and i felt supported throughout the purchase process.

Working with Neil, I found him to be the utmost professional. Honest, diligent and hard working to get a great result. His communication, attention to detail and local knowledge of the area are key to a great experience, and outcome. I would definitely use him again, and recommend him for all real estate matters.

Living in Wollongong all his life, Neil knows the market superbly. My last sale had a few nasty obstacles that Neil overcame with no fuss. He managed to negotiate a price that far exceeded my expectations. Neil can be trusted without question and is a true professional.

We're so glad we used Neil to sell our unit and would (and have already) recommended him to our friends. He was always available to talk about the sale process from start to finish - and was good at reassuring us we were doing the right thing through all the stresses that come with selling your home. He got a great price and a great buyer for our much-loved home. He has a great knowledge of the Illawarra which has translated into his skill in the real estate business and we found him to be thorough, friendly and honest throughout the whole experience. And his help didn't stop when we had sold - he's been in contact since and has even given us pointers in our search for a house.

We just sold our house with Neil Webster, McGrath Wollongong. The experience was very professional, realistic and our needs and wants were at the centre of the process. Neil ensured we were completely informed and provided expert advice.

We have found Neil to be very honest , trustworthy and most helpful . We would undoutadly reccommend Neil for all of your realestate requirements .
