Excellent communicator with great knowledge of the current market

Neil was an excellent communicator with market knowledge. He knew the property price which could be achieved for the area and he explained all the steps which would be needed for the sale. He gave great advice and suggestions for the presentation of the house and was very helpful for open days. Neil gave me a feeling of confidence, was very professional and he was always available when information was needed. Neil negotiated the price for the sale of the property.
