In addition, he is very professional, honest and friendly. The sale process can be complex and stressful but Neil made the process seem easy and smooth, and help us through the whole time.
I have previously bought from Neil and found him straightfoward and easy to deal with as a buyer. I have also dealt with him as a seller, and he was even better! This was not relevant to me as a seller, but I liked how he organised a catch up at the property a few days before settlement to make sure all was as the buyer would expect.
