Not many real estate agent will open inspections on Sunday, especially on long weekend Sunday during public holidays. Neil did both, compared with Thursdays, Sunday definitely works better, attracting more potential buyers. We managed to attract over 150 groups of buyer during 4 weeks inspections and this is a record number in our suburb! Also, hundreds of follow-up calls, SMS and email have been made after these inspections to result in the final great success of selling our property!
