Nekti was a pleasure to do business with, he was always extremely professional, punctual and made the process of buying our first home as straightforward and stress free as possible. We received great communication throughout the entire process and he was always easy to contact. We couldn't have asked for a better agent!
Nekti is very professional. He was always available to answer any of our questions and kept us up to date with the process every step of the way. His candid approach made it easy to trust his expertise and the execution was smooth sailing. Very happy indeed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nekti as we hold him in high regard.
I could not find a fault with Nekti or the team at bgo real estate. Nekti was always available and guided us with so much along the way. Being our first property, we weren’t really sure what needed to be done to sell a property, but with Nekti’s help we sold very quickly. I have now purchased a block of land and sold a house through Nekti and I wouldn’t go through anyone else.
Nekti and his team were excellent to deal with in the sale of my property. Communication was fantastic and everything Nekti did made the whole process extremely easy. Despite several setbacks with deals that did not proceed, Nekti always kept me in the loop and dealt with every enquiry in a professional, yet personal manner. Nothing seemed too difficult for Nekti and his team, from inspections to arranging tradespeople, from advertising to settlement. The whole process was seamless and the final sale price exceeded my expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nekti and his team at Bendigo Real Estate for either sale or purchase. He is extremely personal, professional, friendly, respectful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thanks and well done Nekti and his team.
nekti was very professional and followed up possible offers to get the best for me.
Together with Chloe, Nekti and the entire team were terrific to deal with throughout the inspection, negotiation and settlement periods. Nothing was too much trouble and when we had an issue with the keys once we purchased the home, Nekti arranged immediately for a locksmith to attend and resovle the issue. If eveer I want to sell my home, these are thr first agents I would look to

Nekti made the process of selling our property much easier than we thought it would be. Nekti offered down to earth advice and kept us informed throughout the sale process. Our property sold within 6 days which we were thrilled about! Nekti has sold 2 properties for us and each time was problem free and no issues. Thank you Nekti and Chloe!
Our property was a very complicated and difficult property to sell due to council and land title issues. Nekti and team went above and beyond to achieve our sale result. Very professional with a can do but realistic attitude. Very comforting to have him in our corner, couldn't recomend him highly enough.
Have found Nekti and his team of agents displaying the attributes that instil confidence and trust in selling a family home. Rather than just engaging with one principal member we witnessed first hand the sharing of negotiations and presence to others in the team. Very much appreciated the whole process. Thank you
