To that end we had 32 parties of people visit our home on the open day!! That was on the Saturday and by Monday the property was sold for more than we would have thought. We planned to put the house on the market,and invited Nekti to do an appraisal and locked it in to put the house on the market. We booked the photographer and video guy in to do there thing before the video guy was there we got a call saying a young couple wanted to have a look. They loved it and put an offer in and we accepted later that afternoon and the rest is history .... oh and the sign went up with under offer.... couldn’t of asked for any better outcome we are not ver happy.
