We first approached Nekti about another property in his portfolio, after listening to our needs and requirements we met him at a property that ticked all of our boxes as first home buyers. We made an offer then and there and Nekti called back within the hour with good news! Couldn't rate our experience higher!
Nekti, and of course Chloe, made selling our first home an absolutely seamless experience. Their caring approach, combined with outstanding communication, prompt responses, and expert market knowledge, gave us complete confidence throughout the entire process. They efficiently guided us through every step with clear timelines, achieving a fantastic outcome at a great price with no hidden costs or unnecessary overheads for both us and the buyers. What impressed us most was their genuine insight and dedication to making this important milestone stress-free. Highly recommend this incredible team!
Professional, punctual, courteous, excellent communication throughout process, market knowledge spot on and sensible advice regarding presentation of property.
Very accommodating in arranging viewings, sound knowledge of the property, good at explaining the contract details and procedures.
Nekti did a great job and achieved a fantastic sales result! He was always very professional and kept me informed throughout the sales process. I have no hesitation in recommending his services as an agent!
Nekti was professional, knowledgeable and reliable. When we first met he demonstrated a deep and thorough knowledge of the market, the expected sale price range and what to expect during the process. He delivered on what he said and achieved a great price for our property and all within two weeks of the property going on the market. Nekti and Chloe kept us informed all the way and made the process super easy. If you are thinking of selling your property, Nekti and his team are a standout.

Both Nekti and Chloe went above and beyond making this such a smooth process. As I was buying my first property, I was unsure how the processes all worked but Nekti was always a support and answered all questions quickly and in detail. I would and will recommend both Nekti and Chloe anytime.
