Nekti went above and beyond to help us find a house to purchase including meeting us separately at the house for inspection due to us living in Melbourne. He kept us updated constantly during negotiations and was available no matter the time of day. His assistant Chloe communicated instantly with us for every query we had and even met the pest inspector at the house at 7.00am. 5 star service indeed from both Nekti and Chloe.
