We had been looking on the market for quite a while and dealing with dishonest agent has frustrated us, those who intentionally quote a much lower indictive price or dishonest about disclosure owners true intent. Nelson has been very helpful, responsive from the very beginning. We had to go through the earlier process from overseas so Nelson was extra helpful with facilitating an excellent and transparent discussion between us and the landlord.
