Having dealt with a few other agents, Nenad has shown he’s one of the best. Through his excellent communication skills quickly passing information and/or requests between seller and buyer seamlessly has made the whole experience very pleasing. His friendly nature makes Nenad easily approachable with any questions which he will endeavor to answer. Also to note being a shift worker and requesting an SMS before any calls, Nenad was respectful enough to make sure I was available before calling. Other agents seem to be unable to read buyer requests. Overall very pleasant experience and have no issues recommending Nenad to others

Buying a property in 2021 is stressful. The market is aggressive and flooded with investors. While trying to buy our next home we had exhausted a number of suburbs and were actively bidding for over 18 months. Nothing was the right fit, or price.
