I was very happy with Neo - he first cold called at my house about 4 years ago, asking if I was in the market to sell. At the time I was vaguely thinking of going into a retirement village but not quite ready. He asked to look over the house and then brought his Manager, Geraint Gardner to discusss details. Between then and now, he kept in touch, usually by phone or email, about every six months or so but was never intrusive or pushy. This certainly paid off, as this year, when he called, I was ready and although it has been a very frustrating time with the lockdown, he worked very hard to get me a very good price. An auction date was set but had to be postponed, and just as we hoped to have inspections, a further lockdown occurred. So I finally was able to sell, without a physical inspection, at a price I was happy with. I would certainly recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their house. He is a very polite young man.
