Thanks Neroli, we appreciated the time you allowed us to spend in the property while we were getting a feel for the villa and to explore the options for furniture placement in particular.

Neroli started by being honest with us and helping us prepare our property to put on the market, keeping in touch regularly to see how we were going. She advised us what improvements we should make in order to give us the best chance of selling. No other agent has bothered to do this before. We knew what we wanted for our property and even though Neroli didn't quite agree we put it on the market for what we wanted and were very pleased that we got it. The property sold within 3 weeks which is very rare in our area so overall it was a very good experience and outcome.
