Neville had the best ‘feel’ for the market value of the house of the agents we interviewed. Our house was old, showing its age and a bit quirky. The other agents interviewed were clearly interested in a quick sale and downplayed the house uniqueness going more on recent sales in the area and number of bedrooms.
