Neville first lived in the area in the mid 1970's when he moved to Macclesfield, followed by a number of moves over the next 20 years to various locations in Victoria and Tasmania in his role as a Sales Manager in the Financial Services industry.
He commenced his Real Estate career in Berwick where he was the recipient of numerous sales performance and business growth awards.
A Licensed Estate Agent and Accredited Auctioneer, Neville and his wife Liz, also a Licenced Estate Agent and an experienced Property Manager, bought the business of Stockdale & Leggo Emerald in March 2005. Since then they have been instrumental in expanding the Stockdale & Leggo brand in the area.
In 2010 they took the step of re-locating their office to the very heart of Emerald in Kilvington Drive (next door to the Post Office and directly opposite the popular Emerald Bakery) ensuring high profile exposure for their client's properties.
As very "hands on" business owners, they provide a high level of personalised service to their clients, and being part of the Stockdale & Leggo group of offices, one of Victoria's largest and most successful Real Estate groups, Neville and his staff can promote their client's properties to the widest possible marketplace through the use of innovative and cost effective marketing strategies.
