Selling an investment property whilst based interstate is no easy task (unless you have Nhan to help). Nhan ultimately created the perfect scenario where we had three potential buyers putting in offers at the same time, helping us achieve our optimum price in what was a buyers market. In terms of the process, Nhan was my eyes and ears on the ground. And as someone that works in real estate myself, I'd set the bar high for Nhan in terms of my expectations from the get-go. Here's where Nhan excels; he's incredibly polite, calm and consistent. His military background shone through – he doesn't give up easily and has the stamina to handle difficult situations. He went over and above working with me to prepare the home for sale, finding and liaising with tradies, helping me style the home on a budget (even heading to the shops to purchase items). It was a difficult market to sell our property in. It had dropped approx 10% over the last couple of years.Even so, Nhan always attempted to obtain the best price in this depressed market. He sold the features of the property and explained the benefits to the potential buyer. He always followed up with the vendor as well as the potential buyer. He kept us fully up to date and offered suggestions that he felt would help move the property.
