My sale involved the need for a lease back of the apartment in order to accommodate a future move. Given this special condition, there was some limit on the potential buyers a factor which Nic managed well. At first the apartment was taken taken to potential buyers 'off-market' and then after a very short on-line campaign a sale was achieved and settled in record time.
