We met during a house inspection. He seemed down to earth and very relatable which is not always the case with agents. Even though it was over the Christmas break, Nic was always contactable and thankfully guided us when preparing our house for sale. He identified where to prioritize our time and money, and in our case due to the uniqueness of our property explained expensive staging would not be helpful as it will not add much to the charm of our house. Nic worked tirelessly during the preview of our home. A couple of days after the open house Nic came to us with an offer but explained there were several people interested and he will reach out to each party to garner further offers. The next day he rang back with the ofer we had hoped for and the deal was done. We cannot recommend Nic enough for his hard work and advice during the whole process it was simple and stressfree for my first house sale.

His communication was great, called after every open home with follow up chats through the week, he simplified things if I didn’t understand them, very quick at doing things and if he said he was going to do something by a certain date, he would and he spoke the truth in terms of real estate. Highly motivated, knowledgeable and genuine - I could tell he had my best interest at heart.
