Great communication and result

We recently sold our property through Nic and found the process to be seamless. He was very knowledgeable of the prices to expect, not over stating or overpromising. We found the down to earth and upfront approach he had to be very refreshing and he actually listened to our goals rather than telling us what he thought we wanted to hear. Communication was great with him and he was very respectful of my partner being a shift worker. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for an agent!
