I found Nic's manner to be extremely professional, relaxed and friendly. He was well informed about the property and surrounds. He has always been prompt with responding to my questions/ requests. He was equally prompt with liaising with the vendor at the point of offer, gathering information from the current tenant and completing the necessary paperwork associated with the purchase of the property. Nic kept me informed about the puchases throughout the different processes that it has moved through. This was appreciated.
