I found Nic's style to be really easy to work with - he was always upfront with how the market was behaving and gave great advice on next steps. He was also not in any way pushing us into a set action, and was not in the business of trying to flip the property for a quick buck. Nic and Shannyn were typically very quick to respond to any communication. They always presented exceptionally well and spoke clearly and professionally. I really appreciated Nic's recommendations and all the easy discussions we had around the sale of our property. Nic could sell Christmas trees in January if he wanted! Had some issues pop up potentially impacting the sale but Nic was always a step ahead and kept the deal alive. Saved the deal without any extra stress on my end and helped me get into my new place at the same time! 10/10!
