As soon as this house was listed Nic was telling me to get to the open home. After the open house she told me not to wait to make an offer If I wanted it because she knew it was going to go quickly and quickly it did! Just 6 days after it was listed I had a contract signed. Nic knew I wanted to be in before Christmas so she was happy to take time out of her Sunday morning to get the contract signed and under way. I couldn’t have been happier with how everything went. Would definitely recommend Nic if you’re wanting to buy or sell!
