We approached Nicci from Chincogan Real Estate to sell our house at Mountain View Rd Ocean Shores as we didn’t want to sell through any of the large franchise companies and pay big fees. Nicci has grown up in the area and is very knowledgeable and very obliging, and during the process my mums unit was put up for sale as well. We entrusted Nicci to do both sales. We didn’t pay extra for photos or advertising. Both our house and my mums unit were sold very quickly. Nicci and all the team were great to work with.
