Nick and his team are fantastic and I can't rate them highly enough. They go way above what is expected. Not only did they do the normal run of the mill stuff (daily updates, weekly reports, great photos) for the sale but they managed all my trades for my per sale renovation while I was overseas and managed it in the very tight timeframe I had set. They arranged quotes for the renovation and advised on what the current market was looking for. Nick even managed to find me a last minute gardener who transformed our garden after our tenants left it a complete mess (any one looking a trade in Sydney to do anything without a 2-3 week lead time will know how hard this is).
