Sometimes when there was a private inspection we didn't hear how it went until we called to check, it would have been nice to have been just left a phone message to say it went well. It did not take long to sell the property, we were very happy for the prompt service that the Real Estate Agent provided.
We bought our house with Nick and in the process we had to sell two properties mine and my partners, it was a nervous time but Nick told us it would take two weeks to sell both properties and achieve the price we wanted, the houses were put on the market and as Nick predicted my partners house was sold in the first week and mine was sold in the second week with both of us achieving the price we wanted.
Nick Cassidy was able to negotiate the sale of our home within 3 days of the first open. The offer was negotiated and in writing before presented to us. The offer was above our expectations. What was more impressive was the fact that this initial offer was withdrawn due to the purchaser having financial issues. With 3 days again of the next open, Nick had it sold again at the same level and is now unconditional. I felt Nick had the ability to keep the market engaged and at a premium level throughout the campaign, albeit short due to these negotiation skills!!
