Nick did a marvellous job selling my unit. He was insightful, knowledgeable and responsive. He added value to standard practices and went the extra mile—nothing was too much bother and was usually instigated by him in any event. There was no BS, no distortion, no slight of hand telling me one thing and the buyers something else. He was straight up and down from the first moment, and was like that till exchange. His knowledge of the local market and sales techniques were very strong. I never felt like I had to look over his shoulder to check—he was always on top of it and offered suggestions as the campaign progressed. Communication skills were very good and empathetic. He provided information and then let me make decisions without pressure. I have much experience in the real estate market (buying and selling) and this fellow is right up there with the best agents I have experienced. Strongly recommended.
