Nicholas helped the reviewer sell this property

City and Eastern Sydney’s Top Agent

Nick is a highly experienced agent with the skills to exceed expectations! After an unsuccessful campaign over many months with another agency / agent, Nick at PPD worked with us to focus on the positive attributes of our apartment, and present the apartment to qualified, prospective purchasers. After only 3 weeks we received multiple offers resulting in a sale price above our expectations. Nick’s history in real estate sales, negotiation skills, experience in Sydney and communication style with both buyers and vendors is exemplary. If your after the best agent in Sydney city and surrounding suburbs I cannot recommend a better man for the job!
