Nicholas was a pleasure to deal with. We originally started off at our first open house with him at another property, then moved onto one of his associates Carla. Carla showed us through the property that we ended up purchasing. When Carla went on leave, we were dealing with Nicholas again. We had a stressful time with the Vendors Solicitor through our exchange process right through to settlement. But Nicholas went above and beyond liasing with both solicitors to make sure settlement took place. He is very knowledgeable, has great communication skills and very helpful.
