We recently sold a property using Nicholas. Being based in Melbourne it was trick to understand the market and co-ordinate everything that needed to be done to get the house ready and sold. Nicholas and the team at SN were fantastic. They understood the area, they marketed the property well. I feel they managed the clients respectfully, while helping us acheive the best price.
