We've found him to be extremely helpful and his market knowledge is extremely good. When 35 Albany Street Point Frederick came on the market, Nick was there to help us and I don't think we would have secured this home had it not been for Nick - he communicated with us regularly and kept us informed with what was happening constantly. From a buyers perspective, its not often you come across an agent where you feel you could entrust both the honesty in the information being shared and the sincerity of the message. Nic impressed me in being open and professional in all our dealings and I never felt that something was ever 'held back' to enhance his position, or more importantly that of the vendor. Throughout our dealings with Nicolas Cusick we found him to be very informative, not only in regard to the home we were considering to purchase but also about the neighbourhood we were purchasing in. He organised additional access to the property with the vendors, so we could conduct our own inspection in a longer timeframe. If we had any questions that he could not answer straight away he would contact the vendor and give us our answers in a very timely fashion.
