From a buyers perspective, its not often you come across an agent where you feel you could entrust both the honesty in the information being shared and the sincerity of the message. Nic impressed me in being open and professional in all our dealings and I never felt that something was ever 'held back' to enhance his position, or more importantly that of the vendor. Nic is worthy of your respect and trust .. I would gladly deal with him again and would recommend him to anyone seeking an agent with integrity .. not an easy feat in this pool of sharks.
