Nick has been fantastic in providing us with realistic guidance and advice. He has certainly gone out of his way to ensure a good outcome for us for the 8 weeks our house was on the market. Throughout that period Nick was on the front foot communicating with us where things were at. He also understood what we were after and we were very confident with him representing us and negotiating on our behalf.
