Exceptional!

Funny story….. many years ago my parents told me about a real estate agent that had contact them about their interest at the time of selling their house. At that stage my parents were still enjoying their home and so brushed aside the thought, but were very quick to tell me what a lovely young man he was. Fast forward years later to my elderly parents who had finally decided it was time to sell. I began the search for them and viewed an apartment on a rainy Saturday where I met a real estate agent called Nick Dunn. I was impressed by his knowledge of the property and recent sales in the area and was excited to tell my parents about him, only to soon realise it was the same ‘lovely young man’ my parents had encountered all those years ago. Needless to say we engaged Nick to sell my parents home and thank goodness we did. We opted for an ‘off market campaign’, we had no pictures taken, did no refresh or styling of the house, and put our complete trust in Nick to work his magic, AND THAT HE DID! From his extensive database of qualified buyers, after only 5 days and two open homes later, Nick managed to exceed our expectations and sold our house for an amazing price. WE WERE THRILLED! It wasn’t fancy marketing or styling that sold the house, it was Nick and his exceptional skills and we cannot thank him enough. Not only is he brilliant at what he does, but he is also a really decent human being. Thank you Nick for making our experience such a positive one. It was fast, efficient, stress free and seamless.
