My experience with Nic was relatively quick. He handled my purchase in a professional friendly manner. Because of his great local knowledge there was no mucking about with back and forth negotiation of the sale. I believe this was due to the property being listed at the correct market value. I am very happy, and wouldn’t hesitate to use Nic again in the future.
