Nick took over the selling of our unit. It gets a top mark, he managed the buying process well bringing the sale to conclusion quickly creating the sense of urgency for the deal to close and getting a great offer on the table that we accepted straight away. Nick comes from a banking and contracts background and that is one area that sets him apart from other agents we dealt with, he's not a sales jock in a smart suit. He was able to interpret findings on cladding, lending, he also introduced us to another other agent to sell our QLD properties that came via the bank network and the agent was recommended with reliable credible track record from dealing with the bank. That is really valuable to us because there is wide variation in the quality and reliability of agents (we've had a few dealings in selling properties). I can recommend Nick

I appreciate that Nick was honest and upfront about the concerns and potential risks about the property, went through realistic scenarios to assess the risks. It's refreshing compared to most other agents who tend to avoid and cover up any defects (which buyers will find out anyway during the due diligence process). His open disposition made it easier to trust information coming from the Vendor, and made the process pleasant. Nick was very prompt and helpful throughout the process.
