We recently purchased a property with Nick and also sold our Hale Street home. Overall, the experience was smooth and positive on both fronts. Sure, there were a few bumps along the way, because what’s real estate without a little drama? But thanks to Nick’s expertise, every hiccup was handled swiftly and confidently. Nick’s deep knowledge of the Petrie Terrace area (including its history) was a real asset, and his impressive network meant we had no shortage of potential buyers coming through the door. We’d absolutely work with Nick again, who knows, maybe we’ll be calling him next time we get the itch to upgrade into another Petrie Terrace home. Because lets face it, Petrie terrace is hand's down the best hidden suburb in Brisbane.
