I wanted to express my disappointment with my dealings (or lack thereof) with Nicholas for this purchase. I have never met Nick In person up Until settlement. I felt that the service from your team was lacking this time. When we organised an inspection during settlement period. He failed to notify the occupants and we were embarrassed to have been inspecting the house not realising the owners were inside. Could have been avoided had he notified them when we arranged it. And there was no agent that turned up on that day. Secondly he sent another associate during the pre settlement inspection. Up until the day of final inspection we have never met him in person. I felt that he only communicated with you for his convenience. There were other minor issues that added up and unfortunately this reflects a lot about an agent. Which is really disappointing.
