We had chosen Nic to sell a previous property for us so therefore we did not hesitate to ask him to sell our current investment property that we have just sold. His professionalism and knowledge of the industry is fantastic. The property was being leased out and Nic was very helpful in advising us of the correct criteria to give notice to the tenants, organised the agency agreement and started organising interested purchasers for when the property was ready to market. After handover from the leasing agent Nic had prospective buyers through the property within 2 days and we had 3 offers that day, (off market - no advertising). One of the purchasers raised their offer the next day which exceeded our expectations and we accepted with a great settlement date. Since then Nic has followed up on every aspect of the sale with emails and text messages to keep us informed of the proceedings to date. We have no hesitation in recommending Nic and we will definately use him as our agent for our next sale.
