Nick provided us with a good knowledge of the property, the local area, and what it had to offer. Coming from Brisbane, this was important to us to know. Nick was a pleasure to liaise with, he was very patient and was able to work with us even though we were highly excitable at the prospect of the purchase from the first viewing, had little understanding of the process, and needed guidance. His communication throughout has been excellent, so many check-in calls and ensured he kept us updated when things came up. The team have been really lovely and very professional throughout.
